Upon relocating to Wyoming, Lane continued in real estate catering to a broad spectrum of sales within the brands of Christie’s and subsequently Engel & Volkers.
Lane became an integral part of a high producing team organizing transactions and creating systems to improve efficiency, providing the highest level service to all clients including the sales and marketing of single lots to large acreage and townhomes to multimillion dollar estates. Another move brought her to Montana, where Lane decided to expand on her strengths behind the scenes, creating Sparrow Agent Transaction Coordination.
Lane’s experience in sales across multiple brokerages has provided her with a unique advantage in adapting to various platforms within the real estate industry. Lane has also been a client; buying, listing and selling her own homes. This experience has not only equipped her with a thorough understanding of the sales process but also heightened insight into the specific needs of agents and clients alike. She continues to hold an active real estate sales license in Wisconsin, along with associate broker licenses in both Wyoming and Montana.

Fill out the New Agent Form and we will create a custom profile for you. Once your profile is created you will receive a personalized link to submit your contract.

The fields in your custom New Contract Form are designed to provide us with all of the information we need to initiate escrow – without having to hunt you down with a multitude of questions. SA will be notified and will immediately begin processing. All contracts will be processed the same business day.

Once your profile is set up you can also email your contract to us however it’s strongly suggested that you fill out the New Contract Form with your personal link so we can provide the most seamless experience.
